I have never been big on resolutions and this year is no different.
So you think the New Year’s ruckus is done, and it’s too late to start over. Think again, my friend. January 28th heralds in the Chinese New Year of the Red Fire Cock. The Rooster, as most the westerners call it. This date kicks off a two-week celebration of the Lunar New Year or Spring Festival. The date changes from year to year as it falls on the first day of the first lunar cycle. It celebrates the end of Winter and the beginning of Spring.
